10AM Wednesdays (ongoing)
And 4PM, Wed June 3
Description: Join me on Zoom for 40 minute of music, movement and mindfulness in virtual community! We'll sing, dance, breathe, stretch, laugh, connect, engage, and experience joy together!
The 10AM Wednesday class happens every week.
The 4PM class rotates to a different day each week and has a theme. This week's class is on Wed June 3 and the theme is..."Super Heroes Save the Day!"Dress up as your favorite super hero (or make up your own!), draw a picture of yourself saving the day or being a helper, decorate your dancing space, and prepare to sing and dance "Super Hero", "We Speak for the Earth", "It's Time for the Kids to Lead the Way", and "Saving the Day (with the Amazing Rocket Ship)" and other super songs!

Payment: I'm offering these classes on a donation basis. Give what feels comfortable to you. For reference, my in-person drop-in classes are $26 ($39 for double-sibling families). Anything is appreciated! Donate via these links: Paypal or Venmo.

If my public class schedule just isn't working for your family, here are two more options:
COMMUNITY CLASS: Gather your friends and family and contact me to set up a class time that works with your schedule! 45-minute class, sliding-scale donation $90-$180.
ONE-ON-ONE TIME WITH CHARITY: I'll spend some special time with your child(ren) on Zoom! We can sing and dance their favorite JAMband songs, answer all their song lyric questions, talk about whatever's on their mind, and just generally connect. 25-minute session, sliding-scale donation $40-80.
Ages: Best for ages 0-9.

Description: Join me on Zoom for an hour of mindfulness practice in virtual community. Session includes mindful movement, guided meditation, a short talk on a mindfulness-related topic, time for sharing/discussion. You'll leave feeling more grounded, calm, clear and connected!
Ages: Adults + Teens (younger kids too, at your discretion).

15-Day meditation challenge!
Mon may 18 - mon June 1
Start or strengthen your meditation practice with the support of daily guidance!
If you’ve wanted to commit to a regular meditation practice or would like help deepening your existing practice, this 15-day challenge will provide a container for your intention to take root and flourish. The benefits of regular practice are proven and many. Why wait any longer to dive in?
The Challenge consists of:
1. THREE ZOOM CLASSES led by Charity Kahn:
Monday, May 18, 7:30-8:30PM (Kick-off)
Monday, May 25, 7:30-8:30PM (Mid-challenge check-in)
Monday, June 1, 7:30-8:30PM (Celebration!)
(Charity will remain on Zoom for 15 minutes after each class to answer questions)
(These classes WILL be recorded and made available in case you miss one.)
2. DAILY SUPPORT:
Charity will send out daily support emails, including tips and inspirations. She'll also duplicate this content on a private Facebook group accessible by participants, and offer multiple pre-recorded or live guided meditations throughout the two-week challenge period, also accessible from the Facebook group. Charity will be available to respond to comments/questions via email and Facebook.
3. PRIVATE SESSION:
Participation in the course includes one 25-minute private mindfulness counseling session with Charity. After registering, you’ll schedule this directly with Charity via email.

The classes will take place via Zoom, the daily support via email and Facebook. You'll receive the Zoom and Facebook links upon registration.
Charity is offering this class in partnership with Recess Collective, an inclusive community centered space committed to supporting families from the time of pregnancy through the first four years by providing opportunities for perinatal education, play, creativity, support & connection.
Like so many artists and teachers, my ability to work has shifted dramatically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I've moved my JAM and meditation programs online in an effort to provide continuity of programming, and I'm offering all these programs on a donation basis so the barrier to entry is less, as I know many are in difficult financial position these days.
I will need financial support in order to be able to continue offering programs. If you have the means, any donation you can offer helps immensely.
