The benefits of a regular meditation practice are many: stress reduction, greater clarity, self-compassion, managing addiction and unhealthy habits, deeper connection with others.
The list goes on, and is well-supported by research.
If you are interested in starting a meditation practice, or would like support for your existing practice, I'd love to help.
I offer single visits and also four- and eight-week intro and support series. You can sign up by yourself, or with a friend or larger group.

Like so many artists and teachers, my ability to work has shifted dramatically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I've moved my JAM and meditation programs online in an effort to provide continuity of programming, and I'm offering all these programs on a donation basis so the barrier to entry is less, as I know many are in difficult financial position these days.
I will need financial support in order to be able to continue offering programs. If you have the means, any donation you can offer helps immensely.
