Join us for a 60-minute minute class lead by certified Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation instructor Charity Kahn. We’ll engage in the ancient movement practice of Qigong to help release stress, restore balance, and integrate mind, body and breath. The slow, gentle movements are appropriate for all ages and experience levels. We’ll end with a closing meditation. Practicing Qigong outdoors is recommended when possible, and the Garden is the perfect setting for awakening the senses and inviting peace, calm, and connection with Earth.
Bring a blanket or mat or something to sit on for the meditation portion, sun hat/sunscreen, and appropriate layers. Rain cancels.
